About Me
I have spent 20 years building marketing programs that move organizations forward. At Starcom, I managed media strategy for nationally recognized brands. At Kellogg’s Company (now Kellanova), I led Cheez-It's college football campaigns with ESPN. As Managing Director of an LGBTQ marketing firm, I helped grow the team from four people to twenty and built the account infrastructure that made it run it’s first paid media advertising department. As Chief Communications Officer for Justice for Migrant Women, I built the first in-house communications division from the ground up.
What I learned across every one of those seats is that growth stalls when marketing lives in the CEO's head instead of inside a real system. My job is to get it out of your head, into a structure your team can run, and tied directly to the revenue goals that matter.
I launched this practice in 2025 because fractional leadership is exactly what most growing organizations actually need, and very few people can do it at this level. My quantitative proof points include driving:
